This notice covers this website. It is short because the site collects very little.
Who we are
Luume Labs Ltd is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Company number NI744123, registered office Forsyth House, Cromac Square, Belfast BT2 8LA. For anything about your data, email privacy@luumelabs.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the product you ask about, and your message. You don't have to contact us, but we can't reply without your name, email address and message.
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing on your device.
Everything the site loads, its typeface included, comes from this site: nothing is fetched from anyone else.
Our hosting keeps standard request logs, which can include your IP address, the time and the page requested, for 30 days, for security and fault-finding.
Why, and on what basis
We use your message only to reply to you and, if you ask, to talk about working together. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or taking steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Who else sees it
No one outside Luume Labs, except the providers that run our systems for us: our hosting provider, which runs the site and stores messages in the UK, and our email provider, which carries our email and holds a copy of each message in our inbox. We do not sell or share your details.
Our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, their data processing terms protect the transfer with safeguards UK law recognises, such as standard contractual clauses. Ask us for a copy.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for 24 months, both where the site stores them and in our email, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email privacy@luumelabs.com; we will answer within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
